Have you tried detox water? Well if you haven’t, this is how you can make it at home. All you need is water and a selection of fruits, vegetables and herbs.

Just take a jug or bottle, fill it with cold water and add your cut fruits, chopped herbs or diced vegetables. Leave the water mix in the fridge for up to 12 hours in order to allow the flavours to infuse.
